Returns
We offer a guarantee on all of our products. Because of their nature, many of our items could show visible imperfections that would be beyond our control. Many of our items are hand-crafted with a primitive country nature so imperfections will be seen from time to time on these items. This will be part of the natural rustic beauty we offer. Our items can have scratches, distressing, dents, cracks, stains, faded colors, knots in the wood and rust on some of our tin ware. In our furniture area some of the items may have slight differences with the hinges, knobs and handles due to availability of these items.
You must contact us within three (3) days of receipt of the item, we will work with you to replace the item or refund you payment. Replacements or refunds will only be given after we receive your item back and as long as you follow the return instructions below.
Please read all instructions to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Simply contact us by phone or e-mail within three (3) days of receipt of your item to set up the return instructions. You must have the correct address to ship the item back before you return the item.
No refunds or replacements will be given if you do not contact us NO EXCEPTIONS. We will give you a return address to send your item to.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:
1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quality.
2. Sample and special request items are not returnable.
3. Merchandise, packaging and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
4. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for refund or replacement.
Returns which do not meet the conditions as described above will be returned to buyer. Buyer is and will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee on Non-Defective merchandise. We CANNOT accept returns on any opened items such as: personal care products, pierced earrings, personalized items or any special request ordered products.
Damaged Merchandise
We make a supreme effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely. Every order shipped is checked for accuracy. If the merchandise is damaged please make sure you save the box the item came in, you will need the information on the shipping label. You will need to report it to the Common Carrier, USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx immediately and follow their instructions. NOTE: Established procedures by Common Carrier, USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx must be complied with or they may deny your claim. Than you will need to contact us to set up refund or replacement information. We will need all information given to you by the carrier. All this must be done within 24 hours of receipt of your damaged order, and your claim will be processed immediately. In this case there will be no restocking fees.
